The music for your wedding is one of the most important and memorable aspects of your day. Harp music sets the stage for your ceremony; your guests will listen to the gentle tones of the harp as they’re being seated and hear familiar songs like Somewhere Over the Rainbow, Danny Boy, and Grow Old Along with Me, as well as classical pieces by Debussy, Mozart, and Vivaldi.
Debbie will help you choose just the right music for your wedding party and bridal processionals. Go to the “Listen” page to hear some selections. Canon in D, Andante from Violin Sonata, and Bridal Chorus are beautiful choices for the processional. Trumpet Tune, Trumpet Voluntary, and Ode to Joy are joyful and uplifting selections for the recessional.
Debbie also has fantastic music for the cocktail hour; current music from artists like Adele, Ed Sheeran, and John Legend as well as favorites on every wedding list such as Beatles, Journey, and Broadway.
You have the choice of two harps: the larger pedal harp has a big, beautiful sound and can play a large variety of music, similar to a piano. The smaller lap harp has a very sweet sound and is perfect for smaller weddings or those in a remote outdoor location. Both can be fully amplified.
You will have a free consultation in Debbie’s home about a month before the ceremony to go over all of the details and to hear your music choices. You can contact her anytime by phone or email with questions. She is always available to assist you in any way.
Debbie truly enjoys working with couples to help choose beautiful and memorable music for their wedding ceremony.
